Societies Bank Statements

If you have a role on the committee for a Society or Sports Club use this system to view a readout of the current bank statement.

Info

  • You must log in with your club or society username to see your statement. This is the same username you use to check your club or society emails via MUSE. If you log in with your personal username you will get an error message.
  • If you don't know the username and password for your club or society account, the secretary (who must be on the current committee details B form) can email su-itsupport@sheffield.ac.uk to have the details sent to them.
  • Unfortunately working committees and representative committees can't use the system yet. We are looking into developing it in the future.
  • If your account statement is blank, it means that there have been no transactions in your account so far this academic year and the balance is zero.
  • If you have a query about the transactions on your statement, contact activities@sheffield.ac.uk
  • If you are successfully logging on with your club or society username but are getting an error message, email su-statements@sheffield.ac.uk to have the system configured.
